What started off as what was going to be a quick purchase in the Kalamazoo area, turned out to be a long hunt for a house! Amanda followed us through the whole journey. We were scared to lose her, as she was based in the greater Kalamazoo area, and we eventually resorted to looking in the Niles, and Edwardsburg area. She stuck with us (thankfully)! We looked at a lot of houses, we just couldn't find one we "loved". When we finally did find the one we loved, it was quickly taken away with a higher offer. She suggested we look at one in Constantine area. We agreed to see a few days later at the owners request. We were then told we shouldn't wait that long, as their was other showings. We decided not to look at it, we weren't prepared for a bidding war. A week or so later, the same house was still on the market, so she asked if we wanted to see it. We did, and we knew this was the house. We put in our offer, and it was accepted. Amanda worked very closely with us, our lender, and inspectors. Without her, we undoubtedly would still be looking. She is very knowledgeable, and she knows a lot of "people that can fix that". I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs, whether buying or selling!

Buying a house in today’s market means you have to act quickly and be patient. It also means that having a realtor who is available to help you through the process is a must. Things have changed quite a lot since I bought the last house I thirty years ago. I would definitely recommend finding a person like Amanda to help you navigate as you go forward in your search.
