Amanda quickly learned what my preferences were and we were able to view many properties and find one in a good location with the amenities I most wanted. Then Covid 19 hit. In this scary time Amanda was able to negotiate additional time with the seller so I could be certain of my employment Before closing. It was a roller coaster ride but Amanda stayed in touch and kept me informed every step of the way. Together with our mortgage broker we were organized and prepared to close quickly when the time was right. I highly recommend Amanda. She is solution oriented and presents ideas to help make informed decisions!

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had! None of my “dream come true” would have ever happened if it weren’t for Amanda. She knew exactly what we needed and wanted. I felt a great bond from the first day! She was always willing to spend a day from one mountain top to the next so find us our dream. It took a few but then we knew we found it! She is so fun and got our sense of humor. We had long days of laughter and then those of tears. She is amazing and would do anything for us and pretty much did by the end. She helped us fine amazing people along the way when we didn’t know what way to go. She made this whole process work all the way through. If I ever had to do it again I would ask for Amanda to be right by my side, we couldn’t have done this without you and made it a wonderful experience even when it got tough!
