If you want an agent who won’t fight for your interests, then go with Amanda. She not only wouldn’t ask for the repairs I wanted, she actively talked me out of them. After closing, she promised me the needed repairs would hold through contract. When one of the repairs was done improperly, she made me contact the seller myself to get it done correctly. That was after her not responding for 10 days and me having to contact her company to get a response.

My girlfriend and I entered the Denver real estate market without really knowing much about how to buy a house. We first scheduled a tour through Zillow to see a house that we liked and we were assigned Amanda as our realtor. Immediately we loved her energy and knowledge and decided to move forward with her. After that first tour, we told her we were serious about finding a house within a few months, and she gave us a very informative presentation on the home buying process and the current state of the Denver real estate market. She was straight forward with us about how with the current market we will likely have to make offers on a number of houses. We made an offer on that first house and it was not accepted, but that’s when Amanda really set herself apart as a great agent. She knew exactly how to move on from the declined offer, she knew what we were looking for, and she was on top of her game. She sent us listings for multiple houses a day that fit our criteria, many of which we ended up touring. While out of town, Amanda even FaceTimed us to give a couple of tours of houses that we were interested in! We ended up making offers on a few different homes before finally having one accepted, but we felt our offers were very competitive every time. When we finally found our "love it" house, Amanda got us the VERY FIRST showing. She then helped us build a strong offer that she thought would be accepted, and we submitted it the very same day.
