So Amanda sold my property after bringing me offers after offers. The other realtor representing the buyers as a pain for her. She got disrespected by him, he offended her, insulted her because she was not accepting terms on my behalf, so she got insulted for doing her job which was listen to me. She took it extremely professional and continued dealing with this realtor. What impressed me the most out of her is that at closing, the company taking care of it was chosen by the buyers, so I went to the closing with her, and she also wanted to come with me because she knew who she was dealing with and wanted to protect me till the end. So reading the closing statement, she noticed the price I was supposed to received changed and it was less than the preview. So she communicated it with me and the other realtor had told the closing company to add $130 as credit for them for 2 remotes that Amanda, early that morning, communicated him that was not happening since he did not request for it at inspection nor any addendum he sent. The thing is that if it wasn't for Amanda, I would've pid $130 that was added at the end. And I think the title company was at fault too because they did no have any document saying otherwise. Amanda was great through out the entire process. I speak Spanish, she speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently which I find this amazing. She posted the property and the following day we had an offer, which was accepted. She is great. She knows what she is doing.
