Amanda guide extremely well from beginning to end. She was fast to respond and always had an answer for my questions. She knows the market and I honestly was expecting less money than what she got me. She got me $20,000 more than what I was expecting. I’m definitely recommend her and I’ll definitely keep her as my go to when doing real estate.

Amanda sold my property at almost asking price. Which to me was amazing because I thought I was going to sell it for less money. She knows what she does, and she guide me well. She was careful on everything and took care of everything. Closing was supposed to happen at the beginning of March and ended up happening March 31st, and since the changes and extensions were always from the buyer’s side, she negotiated for everything to be prorated from the original closing date. Which helped me save some money. I’m going to keep working with her. Honestly every closing she helps me with something knew.
4th time working with her and it was a smooth close as always!! She takes care of everything and what I like the most is that she communicates everything. There’s always an update from her and she’s completely honest. I really appreciate that. That’s why I keep working with her! I love her!
