Amanda Levin

I live in California but was asked to serve as trustee for my brother in law's estate in Wichita, which included selling his duplex. Because of the geographic issues, I had to find the best possible person to represent me. After interviewing several people, I selected Amanda Levin. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of her work. Her research on comps was thorough, her recommendations on needed repairs were spot on, and she even ended up helping find and managing the work of the contractor. Her pricing and negotiating skills were superb. In short, I would recommend her without reservation or qualification of any kind. I have bought and sold properties for 40 years, and I would put Amanda at the top of the list in terms of talented representatives. In addition, she is a delightful person, and I truly enjoyed the experience of working with her.
