We have been working with Amanda since July 2025 with buying & selling Florida properties. There is so much to say about Amanda but her traits that stands out the most is honesty, organization & transparency! We put our total trust in her with us not living in state, and that was the best thing we could have done. She takes care of EVERYTHING, and she thinks outside the box if things get complicated. Amanda goes way over & beyond for her clients, every last detail. She helps schedule repairs, cleaning & even brings in all your Amazon packages if you can’t. She always takes your calls and is readily available any day or time!! (She even drove around on a weekend for me while FaceTiming because I was concerned about a neighborhood. Trust me-our buying & selling has been beyond challenging but Amanda kept us on track and positive that it would all come together & it did!!
