We had a wonderful experience with Amanda! She was incredibly responsive and supportive to our needs. Finding a home when you live 1200 miles away is very stressful and has many challenges. Amanda took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for so we felt very comfortable doing face time showings with her initially. When we were in town, she gave us the time and attention we needed to look at several homes and find one that checked all the boxes. She is upbeat, positive, professional and very knowledgeable of the market. When the deal was complete, Amanda was actively involved and did everything she could to stay on top of things and allow the sale to close smoothly. We were unknown to the area, so Amanda gave us recommendations for title companies, home inspector, and repair referrals; all were excellent. Complete peace of mind!!
