I had been working with Amanda to buy another home and respected her recommendations although we were not successful in buying a home. I decided to sell my existing home and used Amanda to represent me and it went to contract quickly. The other side of the deal was very poor at responding to our questions but Amanda kept pursuing answers and even calling contacts she had in New Jersey for answers. She is excellent at follow up and did a fine job on this transaction. I would recommend her if you are buying or selling a home.
