While we were out of town, she advertised the home and had a list of realtors to view it with their clients as soon as I returned from town. The first home sold quickly, and she pushed one of the other potential buyers (and Realtor) from the first rental home into the purchase of the second rental home. This worked out better than I could have asked for. Amanda knew how to navigate me, the buyers, their realtors, and all the personalities involved.
