Amanda did exactly what she promised (and more). We agreed that she would initially sell one of two remaining rental homes that I wanted to sell. While we were out of town, she advertised the home and had a list of realtors to view it with their clients as soon as I returned from town. The first home sold quickly, and she pushed one of the other potential buyers (and Realtor) from the first rental home into the purchase of the second rental home. This worked out better than I could have asked for. Amanda knew how to navigate me, the buyers, their realtors, and all the personalities involved. As issues arose, she kept everyone on track to close. Amanda was the glue that got everyone to the successful closing of both homes. The homes sold as scheduled and with all the terms that were promised. She is professional, responsible and I would highly recommend her.
