I cant say enough how great it was having Amanda as the Realtor to facilitate the selling of my sister’s home. It was a tough situation that Amanda walked into, as I live out of town and my sister had health issues that rendered her unable to help with anything, as she was in assisted living facility. Amanda not only stepped up to provide help with various services to prepare the home for sale; she also helped getting things cleared out as we went to close. Amanda made the entire sales transaction easy and seamless; she even went so far as to take the long drive several times to where my sister is now staying to sign docs, give her the check and much more.
