from the first meeting Amanda showed up prepared with knowledge of the area, listings of other houses on the market and data to know how to price my house when we put on the market. very friendly and upbeat.. ready to get to work. always responded to any questions or concerns right away, the pictures they took and advertised were amazing. it was a great experience even though due to unfortunate circumstances our first offer didnt go thru, she was right back at it and got it sold. would highly recommend Amanda !
