She gets to know her buyers where she fully understands your wants and needs in a home other than it just being item's on a “got to have “ list. She never hesitates to answer or gets annoyed by a question that you may have asked before. She explains things clearly (was wonderful as this was a first time home buying experience). You can feel that Amanda Geller has your best interest as she is also paying close attention to details during a home viewing for things in the home that you may not pick up on being inexperienced (leak repair, active/old leaks, etc).
