Amanda made the process of home buying quick (can, you believe we closed in 30 days!?), fun, painless, and honest. She drove to listings as soon as they hit the market and would video call us. We both work with two small children (during covid) so the thought of looking at properties over an hour away was not fun! But with Amanda, there was nothing holding us back. She did a lot of the leg work, as if it was a house she was buying. Amanda had great referrals for reputable inspectors, electricians, and anything we needed. She helped us find a move-in ready home that we've had zero issues with, in a nice neighborhood, a big lot, best house layout I've ever seen, and just truly made it easy.
