Amanda comes with my highest recommendation above any other real estate agent on the central coast. After buying our home with Amanda a couple of years earlier she was our first call when we decided to move out of state. She made what could have been a stressful situation easy, explained everything clearly, and was (as always) incredibly responsive via text, email, or calls. Amanda provided us some great vendors that helped get our place in tip-top shape for showings (she even paid for a professional organizer!). Amanda did an excellent job marketing our property (professional photos, drones footage, insta stories) and quickly helped us close the deal, explaining all the facets of the offer that we ultimately accepted. The best part of using her a second time is that she had all of our house details handy for selling - that kept things really easy! One of the funniest things that happened was when the buyers loan had an odd requirement for a hinge on our outdoor circuit breaker box to be fixed after the inspection. It really shouldn’t have been a big deal but we couldn’t buy that type of hinge ANYWHERE! Amanda took charge, reached out to her contacts, and had it fabricated at a local machine shop free of charge. She literally got us a custom made hinge so we wouldn’t lose time precious time in the selling process, lol! We’ve now used Amanda both to buy & sell and the only downside is that we wish she moved out of state with us! Amanda did connect us with an agent in our new area and she checked in regularly to make sure our house buying situation in the new area was working out. I would use Amanda again in the future and if we are in an area that she does not work in, I will still call her for her opinion/advice! She is a true professional, kind, and listen to what her customers need.

Our experience with Amanda was very positive. We called on a moments notice to view a property and she was there waiting for us when we got there and had already gotten all the background information. The escrow went without a hitch. If we had any questions they were looked into and answered in a timely manner. We are using the property part time as a vacation rental and she did research and sent all the information to apply for the permit.
