Amanda Doub

I had requested a tour for a property that Amanda owns and left a message asking if she had any availabilities in the coming week, I got no response so I called her number to follow up and hopefully schedule a tour. She was very rude on the phone from the get-go, then after I answered her question about why we want to rent her place she coldly told me that she wasn't in the area and wouldn't be able to show us the place but she would send an email if that changes. I'm sure she's good at what she does and knows her stuff but I was really put off by the rude interaction and lack of communication, so I personally would not recommend. I lost all interest in renting her place and hope I don't have to interact with someone like her again.

Renting through Amanda was great! She was responsive and attentive throughout our lease from the first day we visited the unit. She was quick to respond to requests and has a lot of local connections.

If you are looking for an amazing person to work with for real estate, your in luck with Amanda. She was actually my landlord for the past 2 years and I was very comfortable with her as she knows the in's & out's of real estate, regulations, and the local communities. Not only that, shes very attentive, personable, and reliable for her tenant needs and questions! Hands down would work with her in the future.

She was so incredible and patient with us during that process that we were excited to work with her again when we were ready to sell it. Buying and selling a house at the same time seemed like a daunting process but Amanda made it so easy and helped ease our nerves.
