We were referred to Amanda by a family member to help us survey several markets and locate a property for us to consider acquiring. There were never any promises on out part to acquire a property, yet she willingly gave of her time. We found Amanda to be knowledgeable in the various market areas viewed. She pointed out differences in property pro’s and con’s whether they were older or new construction. She shared the advantages of location, both in and out of season. If asked to contact the buyer or answer a question, Amanda was always timely in her response and followed through with what she said she would do. In today’s technological environment, Amanda did not let technology distract her when in discussions with us or while showing a property. She was also very proficient using that same technology when the need arose. She provided insight during the bids placed on two properties as she knew what to anticipate by the sellers and/or listing agents. At no point in time did Denise and I think we could have had someone better represent us and we both have high expectations. Amanda was upfront on all issues and trustworthy. When we relocated to Naples she was the best! Moving cross country is stressful she definitely took extra time finding us the perfect location and helping with our every need.
