Alyssa is a gem in the world of real estate agents. She went above and beyond to make sure our house was ready for listing. Her network of quality and reputable contractors is vast. She was able to find our dream location, and helped us get multiple offers on our home. We met Alyssa almost 8 years ago as she was doing an open house on another home. We were so impressed with her, that we kept her information. The result of all this hard work is we are moving into a gorgeous Eagan home tomorrow with a great rate. We ended up in a multiple offer situation and because of Alyssa's recommendation to us to write a letter and adjust our close date we were picked over the other buyers without having to pay over list price.
