Alyssa is a gem in the world of real estate agents. She went above and beyond to make sure our house was ready for listing. Her network of quality and reputable contractors is vast. She was able to find our dream location, and helped us get multiple offers on our home. The entire process she was professional, confident, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and maybe more important these days she was honest. We met Alyssa almost 8 years ago as she was doing an open house on another home. We were so impressed with her, that we kept her information. Fast forward 8 years and she was the perfect real estate agent for our needs.

When my husband and I started shopping around for realtors we interviewed four agents and found Alyssa to be hands down the best fit for us. She has a great insight into the southern metro suburbs housing market and throughout the process her knowledge was invaluable to us. She answered any questions we had extremely quickly. She was easy to reach any time of day and any day of the week. She was proactive in keeping us up to date on what was happening with our offer and closing. She masterfully navigated us through the negotiation process and when things came up that were unexpected she gave us the pros and cons of each possible response so we felt comfortable proceeding knowing we weighed our options. The result of all this hard work is we are moving into a gorgeous Eagan home tomorrow with a great rate. We ended up in a multiple offer situation and because of Alyssa's recommendation to us to write a letter and adjust our close date we were picked over the other buyers without having to pay over list price. In this market having that kind of expertise is critical. I will be recommending Alyssa to all my friends looking to buy or sell in MN. Shes a gem!

Robert far exceeded our expectations throughout our whole selling and buying process (he helped us sell our condo and purchase our first home).
