Alyssa is a WONDERFUL realtor to work with! She has excellent communication throughout the entire process of the home buying experience. If you are a first time homebuyer and need a little more guidance, I HIGHLY recommend you reach out to Alyssa as she is very detailed and will get you on the correct path.
Working with Alyssa was amazingly smooth. We had worked with 2 realtors for roughly 6 months prior and were outbid on 7 homes. We met with Alyssa on a Thursday and were under contract by Monday. Her knowledge of the Sarasota area, contracts, negotiation, and construction of properties was outstanding. She was able to answer our questions personally or connect us with someone who could. If anyone is looking for a realtor in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, I highly recommend her!
Could not have asked for a better person to work with! I recommend Alyssa for anyone buying or selling their home. Really fights for her clients and very knowledgeable! Was with me every step of the way!
Alyssa did a fantastic job helping us find just the right house. She then walked us step by step through the entire process from making an offer to closing the deal. She did such a great job of negotiating that all we needed st closing was our down payment. I highly recommend Alyssa for your real estate needs whether you are buying or selling.
