Alvin was excellent! He took the time to explain every part of the process. He offered advice but never pressured us one way or another. I could tell he genuinely had our best interest at heart. Alvin is very personable and always available for questions. He was patient throughout the process, despite the many setbacks we came accross in our particular deal. He is very organized and documents every part of the process. I would highly recommend Alvin to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.
