I’ve never lived in Bakersfield before, so she gave me her honest opinions about which neighborhoods are the safest which is number 1, and she told me what companies are here in Bakersfield for gas, water, and etc.. She is very knowledgeable about Bakersfield and was always prepared about which houses she was going to show. She wrote all the proposals for me and all the signings were done electronically. Due to the high demand of people wanting to buy houses at the time, it took a month to be able to find and purchase a house that I liked. Overall, I really appreciated Alma with all the hard work she put in making sure all my proposals/final documents were done correctly, showing me the houses, and the professionalism she has.
