Alma Ramirez was my real estate agent and she works for Watson Realty. I was looking for a house in Bakersfield. She worked with me starting in June. She was extremely professional during our phone calls and during the times of the showings. After I found the houses I wanted to see, she made all the appointments for me including the ones that she found that fit what I was looking for at the time. I’ve never lived in Bakersfield before, so she gave me her honest opinions about which neighborhoods are the safest which is number 1, and she told me what companies are here in Bakersfield for gas, water, and etc.. She is very knowledgeable about Bakersfield and was always prepared about which houses she was going to show. She wrote all the proposals for me and all the signings were done electronically. Due to the high demand of people wanting to buy houses at the time, it took a month to be able to find and purchase a house that I liked. Overall, I really appreciated Alma with all the hard work she put in making sure all my proposals/final documents were done correctly, showing me the houses, and the professionalism she has. Alma was very professional and downright amazing. Alma assisted my wife and me in buying our very first rental property. Her knowledge of rentals was very helpful. We are very new to buying investment properties and due to this, we leaned on her expertise. Alma gave good insight into some of the houses she showed us which helped us make our decision.
