When we came to visit for the first time, she greeted us and spent an entire day with us showing us around. She answered all of our concerns, and even went out of her way to show us things she felt we would appreciate. Now that we've moved here and have spent some time down here, it turns out that she was spot-on with everything from neighborhoods to grocery/retail shopping to parks. Once we identified a house we wanted, she worked relentlessly to help us obtain it, working well with the seller's agent and staying in constant communication with us. She was great at explaining the process to us, which is very different from where we were coming from. Once we entered in contract, she was able to offer us great resources with home inspectors and contractors. Allyson is the consummate professional. She's friendly, experienced, and knowledgable.
