Quick Backstory: My father had some medical issues and had to move up to northern Minnesota and live with my family while he recovered. He decided to move up to northern Minnesota permanently, which lead to me having to figure out how exactly to remotely sell his house (which had been unoccupied for over a year at that point). So, like with most problems, I started off with a quick google search for Summit County real estate agents, and was lucky enough to find Allison's agency! After my very first conversation with Allison, I knew she was the agent I wanted to go with. All I had to do was mention the home address, and she was already familiar with the location and market expectations. She offered incredibly valuable listing advice that was extremely successful. Based on her price point guidance, we listed the house on a Thursday, and by the following Monday, had received 9 offers, most of which exceeded the original listing price. The final sale price was 11% over asking, which my father was very pleased with. We ran into some snags during he appraisal and final sale process (on the buyer's side), and Allison and her team navigated the issues flawlessly. At the end of the day, we packed up the house, had it professionally cleaned, and that was it from our end. Allison and her team handled everything else, and the results speak for themselves. I cannot be happier with the sale outcome and highly recommend Allison to anyone wanting to sell a property in Summit County!
