Quick Backstory: My father had some medical issues and had to move up to northern Minnesota and live with my family while he recovered. He decided to move up to northern Minnesota permanently, which lead to me having to figure out how exactly to remotely sell his house (which had been unoccupied for over a year at that point). So, like with most problems, I started off with a quick google search for Summit County real estate agents, and was lucky enough to find Allison's agency! After my very first conversation with Allison, I knew she was the agent I wanted to go with. All I had to do was mention the home address, and she was already familiar with the location and market expectations. She offered incredibly valuable listing advice that was extremely successful. Based on her price point guidance, we listed the house on a Thursday, and by the following Monday, had received 9 offers, most of which exceeded the original listing price. The final sale price was 11% over asking, which my father was very pleased with. We ran into some snags during he appraisal and final sale process (on the buyer's side), and Allison and her team navigated the issues flawlessly. At the end of the day, we packed up the house, had it professionally cleaned, and that was it from our end. Allison and her team handled everything else, and the results speak for themselves. I cannot be happier with the sale outcome and highly recommend Allison to anyone wanting to sell a property in Summit County!

Allison did an incredible job selling my condo.

Steer Clear of this agent. She is unprofessional, rude and lazy. I gave her a simple (and expensive) listing - she screwed the contracts up repeatedly, I had to tell her how to do her job and what amendments to make and why. I had to stay on her constantly to get her work done. The day of closing when the buyer's money was to hit my account I texted her to ask for the status. No reply, almost 3 hours later she texted me in error (she was trying to text her office) where she was clearly making fun of me in jest to whoever she thought she was texting. Highly unprofessional. Use ANYBODY else than this realtor.

This amazing group of women transacted the long distance sale of two condos for me - from listing to closings in under two weeks ! I couldn't believe how smoothly the paperwork was handled. The friendliness, warmth, efficiency and laughs we shared made me feel like I was with a group of lifelong friends even though I never met them in person.
