Allison was competent and thorough. I especially appreciated her for the follow up and information she sourced to help me with evaluating potential building lots. She was easy to work given my schedule and limited time for appointments. I found her to be helpful but most importantly she did not make a strong sales pitch and allowed me to take my time to consider each property she found for me with my specific request in mind.

Allison was amazing! We met her at an open house as the selling agent. We loved the house and she helped negotiate the sale as a dual agent and everyone left the process with exactly what they wanted. We loved her so well that after we purchased our new house we asked her to help sell our old house. She sold it it under 3 weeks including the week of Christmas and New Years and we got asking price! She was never more then a text for phone call away any time of day! We highly recommend her

There is no way that I could put into this review all of the ways that Allison has helped us over the years! From helping us rent our house, negotiating on our behalf with a landlord, telling us when to walk away and holding our hands through a complicated process, she is a saint! Never once did we feel like she was just trying to get the deal done, and many times, she gave us advice that kept her from making money! She is honest, professional, patient and extremely helpful. For all that she has done for our family, we have our realtor for life! We trust her completely and we recommend her to everyone we know. Save yourself some time and trouble and go ahead and call her to list your house or to find your dream home. There is no one better in the Birmingham area. Period!
