Allison is a great communicator through her emails & informative phone calls. She's very knowledgeable of the housing areas she covers (DE, MD, PA) & always wants what's best for her client(s). She's extremely professional when dealing w/the many different financial, legal & business services needed during the process. She likes to contact the right fit for each of the client's needs. And as one of her clients, I was very appreciative of her care taken in each area. Probably the thing I was most impressed with & what meant so much to my family is her availability. She always responds quickly when you contact her, even when on vacation! Issues and/or questions are answered in record time, which puts your mind at ease, as well as moves your buying/selling process along at record speed. I've bought/sold others houses, but never have I had better service than what I experienced w/Allison. My family considers her to be our friend. 🙂
