We listed 2 homes for sale with Allison. Both houses sold very quickly but unfortunately both sales fell through. Allison was on time with every deadline and aggressively contacted the buyer’s lawyers when deadlines were not met. She was again able to re-sell both properties within 2 weeks and followed up on every deadline to make sure we closed on schedule. She cut through a mountain of red tape and numerous obstacles to get to the close. She had to work twice as hard to get the sale done for the same commission but was always cheerful and optimistic. She really helped us through some frustrating days. I think anyone would be fortunate to have her as your realtor

Allison helped me with the purchase of my first home. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of the questions I had along the way - always responding to me right away, working around the clock to share new listings with me and set up showings. Her professionalism and vast knowledge of the area in which I purchased my home was very impressive. You can tell she has a great passion for what she does. She went above and beyond my expectations and made a somewhat stressful process as a first time buyer much more tolerable. Overall I was extremely pleased with Allison's services and would highly recommend her to anyone. I look forward to working with her again in the future!
