Our home in Cumberland was custom built along the North Branch of the Potomac River on 10 acres of field and forest. It is our dream, and we lived in it for 17 years. There will never be another home like it for us. Its unique nature also made it difficult to compare with other homes in the tri-state area. We employed other realtors before Allison who failed to connect us with the couple who would treasure it. They were professional and committed but they didn't have the spark that Allison has. She shared our enthusiasm for our home and reflected it vibrantly to everyone who was interested. In short order she brought the new owners to view our home where we met and spoke. Where to start? I think I did all her work, I even had to tell her how to advertise my house on the internet. She didn't describe my house like I told her, the house had a new roof and plumbing and more stuff. And I didn't see any of that in the ad. That was one thing. Secondly, when we agreed to meet, she didn't show up. I never met her in person. After 6 months I was finally able to sell my house. Ohhhh. I almost forgot. The contractor she used for the "repairs" stole material from the house. And he was supposed to do the repairs the house needed. He never took responsibility, but Shw made me pay the contractor over 1,000.00. Worst experience ever
