Ali is amazing. I called her, she came over, looked at the house, in 8 hours I had a solid market analysis and knew how much I should ask. I filled out the papers electronically the house was on the market in a matter of days. Once it hit the market we had multiple showings and it sold at asking within a few days. She had all the contacts necessary to make a few minor repairs and do the cleanout on the house so I didn't have to. It was the most painless sales experience I have ever had! Ali was a dream to work with, she know what she's doing and got the job done fast
