Allie went above and beyond

Allie went above and beyond. I live out of state and renters had done a lot of damage. Allie found companies to make all the necessary repairs. She coordinated with them to get everything done. Then she had beautiful pictures taken to show how beautiful the house was. She kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly. She was willing to text, which is my preferred method of communication. The house sold within days of the work being completed for the full asking price. I highly recommend her.
