Allie went above and beyond. I live out of state and renters had done a lot of damage. Allie found companies to make all the necessary repairs. She coordinated with them to get everything done. Then she had beautiful pictures taken to show how beautiful the house was. She kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly. I worked with Allie remotely from another state. During the time of the sale and listing, she was always very responsive and very helpful concerning all aspects of the sale. On different occasions, I ask her to go by and check certain things in the home which were really not included in the selling process. Working remotely, I had no one that could go by and take care of some of those duties. On each occasion, she went out of her way to help us.
