Lexy saved my peace of mind and sanity, and helped me sell my home after having a pretty terrible/traumatic experience with a different agent. She understood my situation of needing to sell after moving out of state, was knowledgeable about how to get exposure to the home and what we were up against with the market at the time (considering many new housing developments in the same area), is well-connected in the real estate Vegas community, and I never felt like I needed to "babysit" - she already had things moving forward with the next steps before I asked, and had work lined up and completed quickly to get us in position to sell.
