The eventual buyer was asking for many frivolous repairs that were not needed. Lexy and I went over the list and agreed to one item for repair, and under her advice, refused the rest. The buyer backed down and the sale was completed. I am sure that as a buyer’s agent , she would be just as determined to make sure all needed repairs were taken care of prior to contract signing.
