During my home buying process from the start Allen helped me find, look at, and purchase the home I wanted. He constantly updated me with new homes on the market the minute they were listed everyday. He also could meet to check out a house anytime of the day that worked for me, and even looked at the same house multiple times to make sure I was sure. Lastly when I found the one from putting the offer in, to writing up paperwork, and dealing with the sellers/bank he jumped on it with motivation and got the job done. Even towards the end to close the deal he helped pay out of his own pocket to get a repair done to the house that the seller wouldn’t cover and the bank required to be fixed. Needless to say Allen is highly recommended by me, and he will get you a house with a smooth process if you’re looking for one.
