We have bought and sold four properties through Allen and he is simply the best. He goes above and beyond what he needs to do in every aspect of the transaction. He has a stable of tradespeople and advisors for repairs, staging, photography, etc., to make sure your home shows at its best. He is totally plugged in to the market, and knows how to price properties to the sellers' best advantage, and how to negotiate a purchase as well. He has great connections to mortgage people, and his closing attorney/title company makes every transaction incredibly smooth and uneventful...which is what you want. And your relationship won't end with the purchase or sale...you will probably be invited to his Christmas Party! Unfortunately our last move was out of the area, so we have to rely on his advice from a distance now, but he really is the BEST!
