I can't say enough great things about Allen. My wife and I had been searching for a property in a specific community for 6 years. I property came up for sale and our (now) former realtor dragged his feet and we never got our offer in and to add insult to injury it sold for 10k less than we were planning on offering. When another property became available we called Allen right away and had the offer in the same day. Allen walked us through the entire process and keys were picked up 30 days later. He also helped us sell our previous property start to finish including meeting contractors and getting estimates for flooring for potential buyers.
