We had a 1st listing agreement with a different realtor for 3 Months and no offer was received. Location is very attractive for a specific group of people then we hired Alyssa. Our expectations were in the high $690 from the very beginning. Sellers were no reacting so continuos drop of the price were made until listing was at $599 and, then an offer shows for $585. During price discussions we felt pressure to accept almost everything sellers wanted and more so, some strong discussions happened with Alyssa. She understood our point of view but we still think this was not a good deal. Market and timing didn't help. This story is true and don't intent to make a bad review for Alyssa but gratitude because she make it possible. Somebody told us Alyssa is a ""go get it " and she is. You have an effective agent and an asset in Alyssa.
