Right from the start, Alissa helped me to better define what I needed, as well as wanted in a property. I arrived here from Kauai in Hawaii, and the residential markets are as far apart as the states are in distance. We toured homes for sale the first couple of days - Alissa would put together a list of homes for us to see, and make arrangements with agents and owners. With her help, I was able to sharpen my focus, and when we toured the property I ended up purchasing, I knew this was the one. And Alissa did as well! She organized inspections, escrow, and closing, which all took place without a hitch because of her knowledge and experience. She has a team that she has created that all work together seamlessly, assuring the purchase experience is less stressful. Always smiling, happy, and positive, as well as proactively planning ahead. She never tired of my endless questions, and was extremely patient and understanding though out the purchase process. Alissa is proof that one can have both beauty and brains! As well, she actively listened to my concerns, and worked to come up with viable solutions rather than just sweeping them out under the rug.
