Alissa told us everything we needed to do to stage our house for a quick sale. She has a network of people who helped us get our house ready for sale. They were great to deal with and came to our house very quickly to make repairs, etc. Alissa really knows the market and priced our house at a fair and equitable price. We received an offer 6 days after the house went on the marked for the full market price. She was always available to help us with our questions during the entire process. We put the house on the market on April 24 and closed on May 21. We only had three weeks from the offer to closing, but Alissa was there every step of the way to help us with everything!
