Alissa was incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the market. Every home we looked at, it seemed she had represented either a buyer or seller on the same street (including our eventual neighbor)! We were one of several offers on the home, and Alissa's expertly recommended we include a use and occupancy provision in our offer, which ended up being the deciding factor in our offer on our dream home being accepted! I don't know if we'll have the need to move again but if we do we'll be working with Alissa!
