We could text or call her at any time with questions or concerns & she was ALWAYS quick to respond. She’d either drive to meet us or, provide us with an answer we could understand. We’ve sold many homes in our 30 years together & I can say without hesitation ~ Alissa was the best realtor we’ve had. We heard from the nay sayers: “Our condo wouldn’t sell & IF by chance it did, it would be on the market for many months”. We had multiple strikes against us even before we listed it. Condos in FL tend to have bad reputations. Whether it’s misuse of funds by the condo association, the exorbitant HOA dues OR, the constantly rising insurance rates. Additionally interest rates to procure a loan didn’t help our cause either. Buyers are understandably nervous to buy condos especially with hurricane season right around the corner. All that said, our condo sold in 7 days! Thanks to Alissa we now have a friend in the REAL ESTATE world. Someone who genuinely cares about the sellers & not just the sale.

When we started this process, we were not in any rush and did not expect to find "the needle in the haystack" of requirements that we had on our list to be easily found. However, Alissa was amazing at honing in on our requests and requirements to find exactly what we were looking for within two months of beginning our search. We expected it to take more than six months at least which is why we started our search 9 months before our lease was up. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it allowed us the flexibility to do the remodeling we wanted to accomplish prior to actually moving into our new home.
