It's been a few years since I needed the expertise & skillset of "The Sirlin Group" aka: Alison. This was our 8th project but with 4 years in-between, admittedly I was excited to she how her business had evolved in what seems to be a sea of sameness in the real estate world. Project was a unique home on 5+ acres in Lyons CO selling for 7 figures. Her Circle of Influence is amazing & swift. From staging, professional photography, 3d imaging, aerial footage = a stunning visual story, with a National marketing effort. Nothing is a surprise to her just points of action. Example: hooked me up with Attorney Harvey Williamson who rescued us with critical title assistance. Outcome: attracted the perfect couple/ caretakers of this unique and special property. Alison was a great agent to buy our first home with. She came highly recommended from a friend and definitely delivered. She was patient while we were trying to figure out what we were really looking for in the beginning and really fought for us (saving us a lot of money!) during negotiations once we were under contract.
