I feel like I found my perfect home thanks to Alison! She was the perfect buyers agent for me and I would recommend her to anyone that is thoughtful and serious about buying a home. She is very knowledgeable with the local market, she has a good understanding of red and green flags when touring homes, and she has an unwavering professionalism when dealing with others. Through every step of the process I really felt that she was working as my advocate; she put up with a lot of diplomatic headaches but always remained stalwart in her professionalism while keeping my best interests in mind. We last sold a house in 1985; lots of changes but no questions were new to Alison. She made sure we were satisfied, and was always ready to text, talk or get together.

But most recently, with the final purchase of our new home, we highly appreciated her dedication and professionalism creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout the entire process from negotiations, the contract objections once again, fall out from inspection, to final closure. She made the entire experience enjoyable with her personal approach fostering a forever relationship in the end. Alison made the process of buying a house so easy! Which is something I never thought I would say! Buying a home is an overwhelming ordeal, but Alison was able to show us a different perspective in the best way! This is the first time my partner and I have ever bought a house and we didn’t know anything going into it.
