I thought we were going to have to foreclose on our house after the renters moved. Little did I know my prayer would be answered through a cold call from Alison on an early morning day. Absolute blessing!! My husband and I chose Alison for one special reason; she understood why we bought that home. She understood what we found to be beautiful about the house even with its flaws. We were never under the impression that she thought the property would be a difficult sale, unlike with some other agents. Overall, I personally feel so grateful to have worked with Alison. She is trustworthy, honest and hardworking. If I could sum it up in one sentence; "Alison Malkin will get the job done!!"
