We had an amazing experience working with Alison and Tiffany selling our home in St. Helena. It was in need of updating and repairs and Tiffany coordinated the work with contractors, always staying in touch with us with updates or questions. The afterglow of the house was reflected in the quick sale and close. Alison was always transparent about the market and best time to sell. We had weekly meetings to stay clear on the process/updates. Truly a pleasure to work with Alison and Tiffany, above and beyond.

We met Alison at an open house while on a weekend at the Silverado Hotel and were impressed at how knowledgable of the area she was. When we became serious about finding a property on the golf course, we reached out to her to explore options. Throughout the entire process we found Alison and her husband Tom to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. We ultimately ended up purchasing land with permitted plans. They not only had in-depth knowledge of the area but also deep knowledge of the permitting process, local builders and all the other complexities that go along with building a home. We also found them to have the perfect balance of being proactive without feeling at all like we were being pushed into anything. We would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

My husband and I were blessed with their invaluable support and expertise for both the purchase of our new condo as well as the immediate sale of our former house. All this was done like clockwork making it possible to execute the purchase and subsequent sale within only a few months! I can't say enough about having Alison and Tom represent our home for sale. From the beginning they made a marketing plan, scheduled the open houses, made recommendations for having it look its best, suggested repairmen and just handled everything. We were leaving the country and had a lot on our plates, so their assistance was invaluable. They attended every showing to be sure all the homes assets were presented. They hosted almost every open house including 10 nights in a row when it was first launched , and, they found the perfect buyer who loves our home as we did. And to top it off, our home was featured in the local paper as the most expensive sale of the month it sold! All and all just a wonderful experience with two delightful, caring, fun, knowledgable and smart as heck folks that are a delight to work with and spend time with. Plus, I always knew our needs were their priority, not just making a sale and getting paid.

I worked with Alison Christianson on an investment duplex purchase in Napa. I came to her with specific needs and not much time to participate in the process. To start Alison took time to give me a speedy overview of Napa neighborhoods. Her insider knowledge on the various parts of town was so helpful in narrowing down my search and then my first (and only) offer was accepted without issue. Even after close she's been helpful referring me to her trusted vendors - contractors, property managers, etc. (Side note that she and her husband went above and beyond to check my new property's crawl space after a torrential rain!) I highly recommend her and will happily refer friends/colleagues to her.
