We discovered a listing that we fell in love with and Cara guided us to make a competitive offer right away. When the selling agent returned back to us with some very demanding offer adjustments that we felt weren't warranted or fair, we made the decision to walk away from the offer. It was ultimately the right move as we ended up making another offer a couple weeks later on an amazing property that fit everything we wanted.
