I enlisted the help of Cara and Alison on recommendation from a friend and I was glad I did. I live 1500 miles away and needed help selling a Colorado rental property that had a tenant who was moving out. The ABC team met with the tenant several times and coordinated their moving out, cleaning and checking on the condition of the property after they left. I never even had to get on a airplane.
