Alisha Pulling

My experience buying my home was rocky, but not because of Alisha, my realtor. I probably would have bailed on buying my home if not for her logical and level headed advice through the process. Both the house I sold and the one I purchased got hit by the hail last year, which pushed my closing date out 3 months and racked up a lot in extensions. Many times, the frustration was getting the better of me, even though the house was still a good deal and was getting a repair. In addition, I had no idea what I was doing since this was my first time buying a house through a conventional home loan, going through appraisals, negotiating, etc. Alisha is a true professional and was able to help me every step of the way, offering honest insight and advice; something that is rare to fine in a realtor these days from my experiences. There is a lot more than involved than I thought going through a home sale and purchase, and I’m glad she was there to help every step of the way. Thanks, Alisha!

Alisha was very professional, patient, and thorough. Anytime I had questions or concerns she was there to help every step of the way. After getting my home listed it was sold very quickly! I wouldn’t have been able to get through all of it with out her!
